They can perform with their new husband or wife.

In this video, we are going to tell you “Top 10 Best Modern Wedding Songs”.These are the songs that you'll want to hear while holding that special someone on the happiest day of your life. The video is going to be amazing so make sure you stick till the end.

10. At Last - Etta James:

While the Grammy-award winning singer and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame honoree had other hits, such as "Don't Tell Mama," and "I'd Rather Go Blind" James was best known for her soulful rendition of "At Last" which has become one of the most beloved wedding songs of all time. Although "At Last" was originally written for the 1942 musical film "Orchestra Wives" by Mack Gordon and Harry Warren, James made the song her own in 1961 improvising on the melody and adding her own jazz inflected vocals alongside the swooning strings.

Since then, countless couples have used her romantic rendition to make their Big Days memorable. Greg Johnson, a blues curator and associate professor at the University of Mississippi, says the song is a wedding go-to because of the lyrics. "The title alone makes it a highly appropriate song for love finally consummated in marriage"

According to Johnson, the style of James' "At Last" suggests that the singer may have been influenced by the jazz songs that her mother loved. "There are stylistic elements that are in line with some of the jazz standards from the 1930s and 1940s. The orchestral arrangements were very tastefully done, thickening up the sound of the recording and adding a dimension that a simple rhythm section lack." James' husky, soulful voice is one of the most obvious explanations for how the song has become so legendary. Even celeb wedding planner Sharon Sacks danced to "At Last" at her wedding in 1986.

9. All of Me - John Legend:

John Legend created "All of Me" with Chrissy Teigen (his wife) in mind. He dedicated the song to her and in the video, there are snippets from their wedding. The single-stemmed from his fourth album Love in the Future, and he premiered it during a performance on a 2018 episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter.

Not only was it highly received by his wife, but fans couldn't get enough either. The track peaked at number one on Billboard's Hot 100 chart in May 2014.

8. A Thousand Years - Christina Perri:

A Thousand Years is one of those curious stories where the stars truly align. Don’t mention that you liked the song before you watched the movie because longtime Twilight fan Christina Perri wrote it specifically for Edward and Bella after she’d been invited to watch an early screening.

Not as cheesy as some of the songs on our list, but probably enough to inspire a few grimaces from Twilight critics, one can’t help but admire the dream come true story behind this song’s success. Unsurprisingly, it is also very popular with wedding pianists.

7. Perfect - Ed Sheeran:

Sheeran's albums are filled with love songs perfect for all wedding moments, from the ceremony processional to the first dance and the after-party. Some of his greatest hits, such as "Perfect" have topped as a most popular wedding songs list multiple years and others are much more under the radar.

The most played Ed Sheeran song at weddings, Perfect is a romantic ballad that talks about the realization and growth of love. It’s the perfect song for a romantic first dance. The lyrics are simple and heartfelt, making it oh so relatable.

Best Lyrics: Baby, I’m dancing in the dark with you between my arms/Barefoot on the grass.

6. Can’t Help Falling in Love - Elvis Presley:

A wedding soundtrack without The King? Unthinkable. A wedding won’t feel complete until you’ve heard “Can’t Help Falling in Love” sung by none other than The King himself, Elvis Presley at some point during the day.

Elvis’ labyrinthine catalog contains numerous contenders, but this legendary song from 1961’s Blue Hawaii has to be the one. Whether playing gently in the background or taking center stage with you for the first dance, this is wedding song material of the highest caliber.

5. You Are The Reason - Calum Scott:

An emotional ballad version of Callum’s chart-hitting song made wedding worthy with gorgeous vocals from Leona. Sweet lyrics include,

“I’d climb every mountain/And swim every ocean/ Just to be with you.”

Despite some lyrics that sound more like a heartbreak than a union, Scott's "You Are the Reason" will make you melt into a giant puddle as you realize how much you two have gone through together.

Most Romantic Line: "There goes my handshaking / And you are the reason / My heart keeps bleeding / I need you now."

4. Thinking Out Loud - Ed Sheeran:

Since the news broke that Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran hinted he might be maybe married to Cherry Seaborn. Everyone can't stop thinking about what their reception playlist might sound like. Did they dance to any of Sheeran's songs, or did Sheeran himself take the mic to serenade his bride?

Speaking of ballroom dancing, British singer songwriter Sheeran made a splash when his video for 2014′s “Thinking Out Loud” debuted, featuring him sashaying with “So You Think You Can Dance” contestant Brittany Cherry, who was clad in a white dress. “And, darling, I will be loving you ’til we’re 70/ And, baby, my heart could still fall as hard at 23,” Sheeran croons, later belting, “Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars.”

The mid-tempo guitar and piano fueled song, which won two Grammys, including the 2015 song of the year, is a favorite wedding tune for Brides magazine readers.

3. Say You Won’t Let Go - James Arthur:

Are you always on top of the latest trends? You know all about the newest wedding fads like popsicles and late-night snacks at your wedding reception. A fun pop love song is probably perfect for you and your sweetie. “Say You Won’t Let Go.” Is best for you. Say You Won’t Let Go is one of James Arthur’s most popular songs. A mix of pop and R&B, the track revolves around a couple, who decides to spend the rest of their lives together after a fateful meeting.

James Arthur, another singer songwriter from England, rose to fame by winning first place on The X Factor, a British reality show. His pop songs have attracted many fans, ever since his first single debuted at number one. But when it comes to your wedding day, your best choice may be to Say You Won’t Let Go. This lovely ballad is a great way to start your lives together.

2. Amazed – Lonestar:

What wedding song list could be complete without Amazed? This dreamy first dance song is one of the best songs for a wedding. Lonestar figured out a successful formula early on. write a song that will make all the girls swoon all the way to the record store. And, of course, those same women who fall all over themselves for the country crooners who sing

“I’m so in love with you/ It just keeps getting better/ I want to spend the rest of my life with you by my side”

want to play the song at their weddings too. It’s just too bad for the husband to be because, even though he may think his bride is amazing, he probably can’t express it quite as eloquently.

1. Marry Me – Train:

Marry Me by Train is the perfect song to finish the list because it is all about getting married. It’s a great wedding song and will always bring back happy memories of your special day. "Marry Me" is told from the perspective of a café patron who becomes infatuated with a waitress.

He's nervous to approach the woman, who he's never met before, but the love at first sight experience makes his dream of a proposal.
